Refund & Policy
1. Payment Terms
Enrollment in the Made for Artist 5-Day Nail Mastery Class requires full payment in advance. Seats are confirmed only upon receipt of cleared funds. By registering, you enter into a binding contract with Made for Artist and agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. No Refunds
All payments are final and strictly non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall Made for Artist issue refunds once payment has been received. This includes, without limitation:
- Changes in personal schedules, work, or travel plans
- Illness, injury, family emergencies, or other personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with the class or instruction
- Partial attendance, tardiness, or withdrawal after enrollment
- No-shows for any or all class days
No exceptions will be granted.
3. Transfers & Substitutions
Transfers of enrollment to another person may be considered only upon written request submitted at least 14 calendar days prior to the first day of class. Approval of transfers is at the sole and exclusive discretion of Made for Artist and may be subject to administrative fees. Transfers are not guaranteed and may be denied for any reason.
4. Cancellations by Made for Artist
In the event Made for Artist cancels or postpones a class due to instructor illness, facility issues, force majeure, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control, the sole remedy available to enrolled students shall be either:
- Transfer of enrollment to the rescheduled date, or
- Issuance of a non-expiring credit toward a future training program.
No monetary refunds shall ever be issued, regardless of cause.
5. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You will use professional tools, chemicals, and equipment during the program, which involve inherent risks.
- You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, allergic reaction, or property damage sustained during or in connection with the program.
- You release, indemnify, and hold harmless Made for Artist, its instructors, employees, affiliates, sponsors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from participation.
6. Governing Law & Venue
This Refund & Policy, and any disputes arising hereunder, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
7. Entire Agreement
This Refund & Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Made for Artist with respect to payments, refunds, cancellations, and liability, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral.
8. Acknowledgment
By submitting payment and completing enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Refund & Policy. This agreement is binding, enforceable, and intended to be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law.
